This Privacy Policy explains what personal data channelhub.mediarale.com (including its subdomains, together the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the rights you have.   • Account data (Google sign-in). Members register exclusively with a Google account. When you click “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us your email address, display name and profile picture. We use this to create and operate your account, secure your session, and attribute your community activity (votes, predictions, chat).
  • Email use. Your Google email address is used for registration and account administration, and may occasionally be used to send you service announcements or promotional messages related to channelhub.mediarale.com (for example new features or major sporting events). Promotional messages are optional: you can opt out at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link included in such messages. We never sell your email address.
  • Engagement data. Votes, score predictions, reactions and chat messages you submit are stored with your account.

  • Essential cookies. A session cookie (ws_session) keeps you signed in. It is required for member features and is not used for tracking.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Histats to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, country, device). These services set their own cookies/identifiers.
  • Advertising cookies. We display advertising to keep the Service free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.   • Other ad partners. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Google (sign-in, Analytics, AdSense), third-party advertising partners and Histats (as described above), and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). These providers may process data outside your country; where required, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account and engagement data are kept while your account exists and deleted upon verified request. Technical logs are kept briefly for security. Expired match and event data are purged from our systems automatically.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has registered, contact [email protected] and we will remove the account.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
